By downloading, accessing, or using the Rebootr® application or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Rebootr® is operated by Contrarian Solutions, LLC, registered in New Mexico, United States.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Rebootr®, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to create accounts or use the Service.
3. Description of Service
Rebootr® is a personal accountability and habit-tracking application designed to support users in breaking unwanted habits and building healthier routines. The Service includes:
- Daily progress and wins tracking
- A 90-Day Reboot Roadmap
- An Emergency Toolkit for high-pressure moments
- Access to a Brotherhood Community
Rebootr® is not a medical, therapeutic, or clinical service. It does not replace professional mental health treatment.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@rebootr.app
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Rebootr® offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly: $4.99/month
- Annual: $29.99/year
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All payments are processed by the respective platform and subject to their terms. We do not store payment information directly.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies. Please contact the relevant platform for refund inquiries.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Contrarian Solutions, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Rebootr® is a registered trademark. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contrarian Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it within the app via Settings → Account → Delete Account.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
